  • 1 Cup of Fresh or Frozen Pineapple
  • 1 Handful of Coriander
  • 1 Celery stalk
  • 1 Cup of Water
  • 1 tbsp Flax / Linseeds
  • 1 tsp. Spirulina (optional)
