Healthy3 was formed to offer a unique reference point on alternative medicine and complementary therapies, whereby information is presented in a comprehensive and easily digestible format that can enhance the knowledge of people new to complementary therapies and alternative medicine.

With this knowledge we hope to empower our members at healthy3 with information that they can trust and that can be practically used. Keeping this in mind our select group of practitioners aim to share their knowledge and experiences through the articles contained within our website.

Complementary therapies and alternative medicines are gaining ever increasing acceptance not only within organisations such as the NHS but also with private individuals. It is therefore important that therapists and websites containing opinions and information about complementary therapies and alternative medicines are honest and open minded. According to the Department of Health (www.nhs.co.uk) there are some complementary therapies that “help alleviate the symptoms of certain illnesses in cases where orthodox medicine does not seem to have offered a complete solution.”
